Brian Pike

Brian Pike has been training in a variety of martial arts since 2004, focusing on Kali, Jeet Kune Do, Hapkido, Silat, Tai Chi Chuan, and Taekwondo. He began his teaching career at Indiana University (2008-2015) before accepting the position of Martial Arts Coordinator at Indiana State University (2013-2017). Having recently moved to Oregon, Mr. Pike continues to expand his understanding of martial arts by travelling to train with authorities in the field, such as Guro Dan Inosanto and Cikgu Maul Mornie. His efforts to “research his own experience” and “absorb what is useful” have resulted in teaching credentials through Martial Concepts (Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Martial Arts), the Inosanto International Martial Art Instructor Association (JKD, FMA, and Silat), the United Federation of Taekwondo Instructors, and the United States Hapkido Federation.
