Yin/Yang Stretching and Conditioning is a class filled with exercises to work on stretching and conditioning both individually and with the help of partners. The exercises use a combination of resisting (yang) and relaxing (yin) to increase flexibility and strength. All of the exercises can be adapted in difficulty for your current conditions needs.
After this class you will never look at the choice between 1 and 100 push ups the same again.
This class is required for advancement to black belt.
