Liang Style Ba Gua Zhang is an intentional movement practice which incorporates martial arts, health exercises, Qigong, and meditation practice. Training consists of simple exercises that encourage strong, functional movement of the body as a whole unit. Through practice of these simple exercises, students are offered opportunities to analyze the efficiency of their movements, gain a sense of moving through the
world in a strong connected manner, and develop a calm spirit and mind.
Tom Bisio is an author, acupuncturist and practitioner of Chinese medicine, and a lifelong martial artist. Today, Tom shares what he has learned by teaching Qi Gong,

Join us as we host Tom Bisio for Liang Style Ba Gua training. Saturday’s class will be dedicated to solidifying foundational practices including Ji Ben Gong exercises
and circle walking Ding Shi practice. Sunday will be intermediate level work on 8 Hands and Lao Ba Zhang. Students of all experience levels are welcome to join us
for both days of practice. Whether a novice or an experienced practitioner, skill is gained by focusing on the fundamentals! Join us!
