I Chin Ching

I Chin Ching can be roughly translated as “muscle/tendon change classic”.  This class will cover all 49 exercises. These exercises are designed to develop muscle and breathing control along with increased flexibility, balance, and coordination.  All of these exercises can be performed in a small amount of space which make them ideal for practice at home or work.
